*从未参加过Mysore练习课程的学员,可以在第一节Mysore课上进行观摩,从而了解Mysore的上课方式/而Mysore练习的学生第一节课后若还有体力可以参加第二节口令课,可体验领课的风格。*People who have never practiced Mysore before can join Mysore class to watch, it will help the understanding of the practice/and after Mysore class people who still want to practice can join the second lesson: Led Ashtanga Primary Series.
阿斯汤伽瑜伽,梵文是Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga(或 Ashtanga Yoga)。Ashtanga音译为“阿斯汤伽”,Ashtau意译为“八”,Anga的意思是是“肢”,而 Vinyasa在这里可以理解为“按照特定次序排列的”。阿斯汤伽的历史可以追溯到大约 8000 年前。通过阿斯汤伽的练习,能够有效改善人体的循环系统,调理身心,使人神清气爽。练习者还可获得力量与柔韧之间的平衡,并改善心血管机能,使身体变得更轻盈、灵活、强健,达到给身体解毒的功效。同时通过阿斯汤伽的练习,我们能找到身心灵的平衡与宁静。
Ethan老师是台湾第一位取得Ashtanga Authorized Level 2的练习者。同时连续八年在印度跟从其导师人Sharath Jois(阿斯汤伽掌门)学习,在不断学习和自我练习中领悟了许多教学的智慧。在教学中能够激发学生的潜能并避免在练习中的受伤。
Ethan认为Ashtanga只要有适合的老师带领,是适合每一个人练习的瑜伽。在完成Ethan的课程之后,能够体会到瑜伽不仅让身体变得健康,并且能使我们内心的空间安静而喜悦。

如何通过Mysore练习来提升自我的能量;
站立体式的基本原则与安全练习之方法;
看住自己的心与照看自己的身体。
Ashtanga, Sanskrit meaning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (or Ashtanga Yoga). Ashtau means number eight, Anga means Limb and Vinyasa here can be understood as 'following a certain series'. The history of Ashtanga Yoga dates back to around 8000 years ago.Through continuous Ashtanga practice, our circulatory system, heart and blood vessels, our body and mind can be tuned towards better functions effectively. The practitioner will gain balance between flexibility and power. Ashtanga practice detoxifies our body and improves us to a light but strong state.
Ethan is the first even person in Taiwan to have obtained the Ashtanga Authorized Level 2. At the same time, during the past eight years that he's been practicing under Sharath Jois, he has gained much wisdom from his learning and self-practice. In his lessons, you will find your potential being explored and injury is avoided.
Ethan believes that Ashtanga is suitable for everybody given the right teacher.After his lesson, not only your body becomes healthier but your inner space becomes quiet and filled with joy.
